MIDI Stop command problems

Hi,
has anybody been able to get SL to Start and Stop properly when slaved to Jack/host inside of Ableton, or Logic 9 for that matter?
I can get Sl Started usually ok, but stopping requires 2 presses of the host's stop button and when SL finally stops it goes into what I would describe as a buffer under-run oscillating sound(kinds like a thousand angry computer-jailed Bees!)

Can you send me an SL session saved from your setup inside Live or Logic where you are having the start/stop issues?

Here is a Live session and the SL session and some captured loops....
I can reliably cause the sound artifact by pressing Live's stop button 2 or 3 times...one press does not stop SL completely as some loops keep playing... but I think you will see for yourself!
Again thanks, and I don't expect blood for the 62.00 I sent, but I have been chasing the perfect looper for quite sometime and SL is almost there!
